What this site collects, and what happens to it.
Short, because there is little to describe. The website itself collects nothing. The enquiry form is the only place anything is gathered, and it is gathered so we can reply to you.

No cookies
Nothing is stored on your device. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

No analytics
We do not use Google Analytics or any equivalent. We cannot tell you how many people visited this page, and we are content with that.

No third-party requests
Fonts, styles, scripts and images are served from this domain. No content delivery network, tag manager or embedded widget receives your IP address when you load a page here.

Server logs
Our host keeps its own request logs under its own policy. We do not have access to them and cannot use them.
The enquiry form
The form linked from the contact page is a Google Form. It is hosted by Google, and Google's privacy policy applies to the submission itself.1
What it collects. Whatever you type into it: usually a name, an email address, an organization and a description of the documents and questions you are working with.
Who reads it. Us, and nobody else.
What it is used for. Replying to you, and deciding whether a pilot makes sense. Nothing else.
What is not done with it. It is not sold, rented, shared with third parties, used to train anything, or added to a marketing list. You will not receive a newsletter, because there isn't one.
Removal. Reply to any message from us asking for your enquiry to be deleted and it will be, along with the email thread.
